# Scientico India: quotations and export buying

Scientico India supplies laboratory and teaching equipment on a quotation basis. Public prices are not listed because the final scope depends on the exact model, configuration, accessories, electrical requirements, destination and freight terms.

## To request an export quotation

Send the following to info@scienticoindia.com or WhatsApp +91 7015865225:

1. Product name, model or required experiment.
2. Quantity and any required accessories.
3. Institution type and programme.
4. Destination country and port or city.
5. Preferred shipping basis, if known: CIF or FOB.
6. Required delivery date and any tender or documentation requirements.

## What the quotation process covers

- Product configuration and included accessories.
- Export packing and available shipping terms.
- Documentation requested for the specific model and order.
- Production and dispatch schedule for the confirmed scope.
- Warranty and support information.

## Commercial terms

- Export terms can be quoted on CIF or FOB basis from Nhava Sheva or Mundra, subject to the confirmed destination and order.
- Payment terms are agreed on the proforma invoice. Common options include letter of credit at sight or telegraphic transfer against the proforma invoice.
- Standard warranty is 12 months from installation.
