Construction and Design

The Computerized Vibration Analyzer - Vibrano X - 16 is built around two acceleration sensors, an adjustable gain measuring amplifier, a USB interface box, and dedicated analysis software. The acceleration sensors operate across a frequency range of 1~10000Hz, with a sensitivity of 100mV/g and resonance frequency of 25kHz. An optical speed sensor, laser class II with a wavelength of 650nm, measures speed at a sensing distance of 3~150mm.

The measuring amplifier offers adjustable gain of x1, x10, or x100, powered by a 12VDC power supply unit, with dimensions of 230x220x80mm. The DAQ box provides 16x analogue inputs, 2x analogue outputs, and 4x digital in/out channels each. This Computerized Vibration Analyzer includes a stackable storage system for organizing all components and supports data acquisition via LAN/USB, running on Windows 10 and newer environments.

Software

DAQ software specially designed in National Instrument™, LabVIEW™ environment to measure and calculate the results of the apparatus. While using the software, a set of electronic sensors is included. The software can be run with any Windows™ environment. Software functionalities include a two-channel oscilloscope, two-channel FFT analyzer, envelope analysis, run-up curve and order analysis, and two-plane field balancing, all delivered through an intuitive user interface with online help.
