Construction and Design

The Service Unit for Chemical Reactors ReaktiLabX - 07 mounts the reactor under study using two pins, connected to the supply unit via hydraulic hoses with rapid release couplings. Two reactant tanks, made of glass, are set up on the trainer to allow continuous reactor operation, supplied by two peristaltic pumps rated approximately 0.02 to 2200mL/min at variable speed below 600rpm. An additional glass tank and pump handle the product. A heating water circuit, including a water pump rated 10L/min max. flow, 30m max. head, and 500W power consumption, along with 3 heaters at 1500W each (4500W total) and a 25L heating water capacity, regulates reactor temperature. A combined sensor measures temperature and conductivity simultaneously in the reactor. A 4L feed storage vessel and a magnetic stirrer with heated base support reactant preparation. Stirrers in the various reactors are controlled via the switch cabinet.

Software

Software ReaktiLabX - 07. DAQ software specially designed in National Instrument™, LABVIEW™ environment to measure and calculate the results of the apparatus. The software is optional; a set of electronic sensors is included when the software is used. The software can be run with any Windows™ environment.
