Federal opportunities and supplier identity
Search public opportunities on SAM.gov Contract Opportunities. A supplier that intends to bid directly should separately review the official SAM.gov entity-registration route and validate international-entity requirements before starting. Registration is an eligibility process, not a backlink opportunity.
United Kingdom
High-value and England public contracts
Use Find a Tender for high-value UK notices and Contracts Finder for public opportunities in England. Each notice controls eligibility, evidence, deadlines and the electronic submission route.
Germany and the EU
EU and German federal notices
Search Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) for EU procurement notices. German federal opportunities are also published through e-Vergabe. Validate CPV codes, language, standards and importer or responsible-person requirements for the actual notice.
United Arab Emirates
Federal, Dubai and university routes
Review the UAE Ministry of Finance Federal Supplier Register and Digital Procurement Platform. Dubai opportunities use Dubai eSupply; UAE University also operates an eProcurement portal with a foreign-vendor route. Do not claim local registration until it is approved.
Saudi Arabia
Central government tenders
Government tender services are provided through Etimad. Determine from the individual notice whether a foreign bidder can participate directly or a Saudi entity, representative, guarantee or Arabic documentation is required.
Nigeria
Federal registration and open-contracting data
Review the Bureau of Public Procurement contractor and supplier registration information and search notices and contract data through NOCOPO. Science-laboratory suppliers should also validate the current NISLT permit position with Nigerian counsel or a qualified local partner before bidding.
Israel
Government and university tender discovery
Use the official Government Procurement Administration portal and its tender/supplier routes. Individual notices determine Hebrew-language, tax, guarantee, standards, importer and local-service requirements; a local tender adviser or distributor may be necessary.
The evidence pack to prepare before registration
- Verified legal entity name, registration, ownership and authorised signatory
- Tax, banking and address documents required by the destination portal
- Product-family capability statement with exact Scientico models—not a keyword list
- Applicable quality, test, calibration or conformity documents, with scope and validity visible
- Manufacturer authorisation and distributor responsibilities where a local bidder is involved
- Delivery basis, installation, training, spares, warranty and after-sales responsibilities
- Relevant and verifiable past performance; never invent projects, registrations or local offices
Turn a tender notice into a model-specific enquiry
- Copy the equipment line, quantities, delivery destination and closing date.
- Attach the technical specification, BOQ or syllabus rather than retyping selected lines.
- Mark every mandatory document and the bidder/manufacturer responsible for it.
- Ask for the proposed model, compliance response, deviations, included accessories and exclusions.
- Resolve utilities, installation, training, acceptance and warranty before comparing price.
