What Is a Dynamic Balancing Machine?
A dynamic balancing machine is a precision mechanical testing apparatus used to identify and correct the unbalance in rotating components. When a rotating body has its mass distributed unevenly relative to its axis of rotation, centrifugal forces generate vibrations during operation — causing premature bearing failure, structural fatigue, and unsafe working conditions. Dynamic balancing machines measure both the magnitude and angular position of unbalance in two planes simultaneously, enabling corrective mass addition or removal.
Scientico India has been manufacturing dynamic balancing machines for engineering colleges and research institutions since 1993. Our machines are CE-certified and ISO 9001:2015-compliant, designed to meet AICTE curriculum requirements for Theory of Machines and Vibration laboratory programmes.
