Product Overview
The HydraNexis HNX 04 pilot plant operates on the principle of anaerobic biological treatment, where organic matter is degraded by anaerobic microorganisms in the absence of oxygen. The process results in the conversion of organic compounds into biogas, primarily composed of methane and carbon dioxide.

Raw water is initially pumped into a stirred tank, where acidification occurs and long-chain organic compounds are converted into short-chain compounds by anaerobic microbes. Biomass generated in this stage is separated from the water in a secondary clarifier, with the option of recirculating the sludge back to the stirred tank to maintain microbial concentration. The pretreated water then enters an Up flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor, where the anaerobic degradation process is completed. The UASB reactor features a bottom-to-top flow pattern and an internal separation system that retains biomass while separating treated water and biogas. Treated water exits from the top and is collected in a product tank, while the biogas can be stored or safely released. Operating parameters such as temperature, pH, redox potential (RH), flow velocity, and recycle ratio can be monitored and controlled.

Buying Anaerobic Water Treatment Pilot Plant: Distributor & Tender Guidance

Anaerobic Water Treatment Pilot Plant is the product name procurement teams should use when searching, preparing a BOQ or comparing suppliers. A model reference identifies the proposed configuration; it should not replace the product name or the buyer’s required experiment. This equipment is considered for environmental and process-engineering practicals involving water quality, treatment stages, filtration or effluent-treatment demonstrations.

What to include in the RFQ

State the product name, quantity, destination, curriculum or tender reference, and treatment process, feed and collection tanks, pumps, media or dosing arrangement, instrumentation, materials, utilities and experiments. This lets the technical team respond against the intended use rather than guess from a model code.

How distributors should quote it

Keep Anaerobic Water Treatment Pilot Plant as the BOQ line item. Add the proposed model, included accessories, documentation, packing and delivery basis as separate fields so the end buyer can verify the offer.

How to compare suppliers

Compare the treatment stages, sampling points and reusable or consumable items included in the offered scope. Record exclusions and alternatives in writing before commercial comparison.
