The SCIENTICO FluidoSurgeX 104 Hydraulic Bench provides a comprehensive experimental platform for analyzing centrifugal pump characteristics.
The bench incorporates two centrifugal pumps that can be selected individually or configured in series or parallel using integrated piping and valves.
A stepped measuring tank enables accurate volumetric flow measurements over a wide operating range, while very small flow rates are measured using a graduated measuring cylinder and stopwatch.
The top work surface includes a flow flume for weir experiments and a safety edge for secure placement of auxiliary experimental modules.

The FluidoSurgeX 104 is built on a rigid painted steel structure that supports pumps, valves, and interconnecting pipework. The storage tank, measuring tank, and work surface are manufactured from GRP to ensure resistance to water exposure. Industrial grade PVC piping and nonferrous valves are used to minimize corrosion. The integrated flow channel on the work surface allows direct execution of weir experiments without additional fixtures.
